Brandy & Monica reunite on Ariana Grande's "The Boy Is Mine" Music Video plus new remix

Brandy and Monica reunited for Ariana Grande's music video for "The Boy Is Mine," the song from Ariana’s seventh studio album “Eternal Sunshine” which is a fresh take on their iconic 1998 hit, showed the singers as news reporters. The reunion continued as Grande announced the remix to the song which would feature Brandy and Monica. The song which dropped Friday, June 21.

With behind the scenes clips, we see Monica and Brandy speaking on how the reunion came together and what this moment means. "The process of the new collaboration did a lot of closing the gaps," Monica told E News. "When you properly communicate something, you can find not only the resolutions and solutions to problems. But sometimes you find that there weren't ever problems, just consistent miscommunications. It made it a lot easier just to talk."

The Boy is Mine (1998) from Brandy’s “Never Say Never” and Monica’s “The Boy Is Mine” albums celebrated its 26th anniversary.

With this reunion and discussion of mended friendships between Brandy and Monica, can we see this leading to the highly anticipated joint tour that everyone is hoping will happen? Will there be more collaborations in the future?

BRANDY - WHEN YOU TOUCH ME / BEYONCÉ - CUFF IT (WETTER REMIX) (ELSVNATE MIX)

“CUFF IT (Wetter Remix).” came together from a mashup of Beyoncé’s original vocals from “Cuff It” and the instrumental to Twista’s 2009 hit, “Wetter.” Beyoncé opted to slow it down, making the uptempo dance record into a smooth R&B record.

Now a month later, highlighting the gem that Brandy’s 2002 record “When You Touch Me” is and the continued praise around it and the album as a whole, we have another mix to bring these two songs together.

BRANDY RELEASES JACK HARLOW "FIRST CLASS" FREESTYLE

Grammy Award Winning Singer, Songwriter, Actor  Brandy  released a freestyle over Jack Harlow's "First Class." Hot 97's Ebro in the Morning debuted a new track where Brandy showcases her rap skills (all in fun), reintroducing herself to a generation like Harlow, who didn’t know who she was.

The freestyle comes after Jack Harlow’s Hot97 interview where Harlow didn’t recognize Brandy’s “Angel In Disguise” and from the clues didn’t know who Ray J’s sister was. Brandy reacted to Jack on Twitter with the tweet, "I will murk this dude in rap at 43 on his own beats and then sing is ass to sleep." and followed up with that it was all in fun.
